80% of Outlook users were already managing tasks in Calendar with fake appointments, deleted events, sticky notes, and other workarounds because there was no better solution available to do it. Constant switching between To Do, Outlook, and Planner created context loss and cognitive overhead.

Bringing Microsoft To Do natively into Outlook Calendar so users can capture, time-block, and complete tasks without ever leaving the surface where they already work.  We gave them a real way. Unlocking the growth of next 100 million users for ToDo (44× TAM expansion).
